Counselling can do both of these things. It can help you through a difficult period, or it can simply provide an opportunity to re-connect with yourself. Counselling can help with a range of challenges you may be facing. These include feeling sad or depressed, managing addiction, low self esteem, loss, anxiety, dealing with relationship issues. But counselling can also offer you the chance to reflect on who you are in this busy ever changing world.
